Julie and TJ are the best! I have been using Jr Scott for my home, auto and now camper insurance for 10 years! They are always looking out for me to get the best rates and new coverages when they become available. They are friendly and usually available when other agents aren’t. Above and beyond is hard to say for insurance agents but not with them!

I had my automobile and homeowner insurance policies with JR Scott Insurance Agency for the past several years. My personal agent was Julie Schatz. I can’t thank Ms Schatz enough for her help and her service to me during what has been a major change in my lifestyle. You see, I recently moved from Columbus Ohio to Cuenca Ecuador for an extended period and in doing so, I sold both my home and my car, since I don’t plan to return anytime soon. Julie was very helpful and instrumental in getting my policies canceled and the unused premiums refunded to me, promptly and efficiently. She went above and beyond to make sure that all my concerns were addressed and quickly so. She made me feel like my business truly mattered, even if it was coming to an end. I have nothing but good things that I can tell you about Julie and her company, JR Scott.
