I recently switched insurance providers with Foremost Insurance trying to find a cheaper home policy with the same coverage or better coverage. Unfortunately I ran into multiple problems with the new insurance provider. Foremost Insurance sent me a cancellation letter regarding my home policy for minor things that needed to be fixed on my house, and said they would cancel within a few days if not fixed. I took care of the things that needed fixed and Burns Family Insurance came to my property to take pictures of what was repaired and emailed Foremost Insurance the same day to speed up the process. Burns Family Insurance even contacted Foremost Insurance to reassure they received the pictures in the email and to ensure my home policy was reinstated and not cancelled. Burns Family Insurance was quick and proactive with making sure I remained insured, they are pretty awesome!!!

I think this is my second review for Burns Family Insurance. I’ve been with them for about 3-4yrs now for my business insurance and I don’t have any complaints at all! Christine is the absolute best when it comes to anything! If you’re looking for a great insurance company look no further you definitely won’t be disappointed.

The Burns group has been outstanding to work with. I have been a client for many year and the continue to treat me like the appreciate my business. Most companies slack off once you become a client thinking they do not need to give you the same attention. This has never been the case with Burns. They always treat me like they did one day 1. I recommend them to anyone that mentions insurance needs to me.
