I’m so happy I found Killion & Hall! They were super easy to work with, highly professional, and extremely helpful. Dana McCoy is excellent and helped me save at least a few hundred dollars. She answered my numerous questions thoroughly and patiently. She took the time to explain concepts to me – it made all the difference. She really helped me understand some of the nuances when selecting coverage for home and auto. I spoke with several companies and this was by far the best.

I just recently moved into my own apartment with my significant other. I had no idea what exactly I had to do to get insurance or much less how much it would cost. It had never been something I needed to worry about. My parents have had Killion & Hall Insurance as their insurance for years and years and they referred me to them. I called them and Emily answered. From there on out, she has helped me so much. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, find me the best quotes that fit my situation, and explain to me exactly how insurance works and what it covers. Emily has also just been there for me in times when the apartment complex has needed something ASAP and I email her and get an immediate reply back with help. She’s always incredibly kind and helpful – her way of communicating is wonderful as well. I definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone who is looking for a new one or is looking for a first-time insurance company, like I was.

Killion is amazing! Whenever we call or email, we get a very quick response and feel like we are the only customer. We have done dumb things (like forgetting to cancel home owners insurance for a house we no longer live in), but they are able to get that corrected and get a refund issued quickly. We usually work with Esther, but every person who helps us is great!
