We came back to Tucson to move our daughter from one apt to another. Her car sat in the parking garage for 2 months, when we came back the battery was very dead. I found this spot to get my license plate updated. The young lady at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. There was no wait. I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes. If you need to do any MVD business related to your titles and/or registrations, this is your spot. They did not charge any additional fees for my transaction. Thank you for the amazing service.

My husband was told he would have to sit and wait to pay for our roadside assistance. Are you kidding me? You are going to make a customer sit and wait to give you a check? Absolutely ridiculous. I think they wanted my husband to sit and wait so they could try to sell him insurance, a home security system and whatever else they could figure out. We’ll be going to Allstate motoring plan very soon.

The Good: Service r to TONY was excellent!! Prompt, friendly, egocentric, knowledge. Tony earned 6 out of 5 stars!
The Bad: It took two calls to reach the AAA telephone tree. When the robot asked if I was on a mobile phone so you could track me answered Yes. The “Finding your location”wheel spun for 5 minutes before I gave up and called a 3rd time. This time I said, “No.” When I was asked if I was in Arizona I was told Id be transferred to Arizona. AZ AAA picked up. I could hear background noise and kept yelling, “HELLO,” to no avail.
Call #4. Finally, after “feeding the robot” all over again, I was transferred to AZ AAA again and a polite lady answered and apologized for my frustrating multiple calls. Even thigh
