DJ and Nicole are the BEST! Recently, we switched our insurance carrier, as our current carrier’s rates unexpectedly increased 123%. Nicole was able to send several options, and walked me through our choices. We made the switch on Monday, and on Tuesday, we were involved in a car accident. My first call was 911…and my second call was Loy Insurance Inc. Nicole walked me through the process (she was literally on the phone with me when the State Trooper arrived, and remained on the call until the police report was complete). As our account was so new, and most information had not uploaded to the new carrier’s system, she was able to send our new insurance card information via text/email, and later, joined a 3-way call with Roadside Assistance to help me get a tow truck. In the middle of an emergency, I’m so glad we had someone we know and trust available to assist. Thank you Loy Insurance Inc!!!
