Literally worst experience ever. Trent supposedly set up payments for my medical insurance to come out automatically but it didn’t get done correctly so the payments were not coming out: I didn’t find out until three months later that my insurance was cancelled. I have significant health issues and was going to doctors and specialist regularly thinking that my insurance was in good standing: but since it wasn’t set up properly, I owe doctors 20,000+ dollars to these doctors: Trent has not responded to me and is not taking responsibility for his mistake so the insurance will not back pay: do not use him. I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone

EXCELLENT SERVICE, what a wonderful experience of signing up.
Trent spent about an hour on the phone with us and made sure we understood everything about the plan we were signing up for. Getting insurance is one of my least favorite tasks and Trent took care of it for us. He let us know which plan works best for our needs and introduced us a few options so we still had our own choice of pick.
