Terrible experience with the company, spoke to a very rude representative named Melissa Salgado and she informed me my down payment came back as insufficient funds nearly a month after the policy had been issued, showed proof the money came out of my acct but they claim they never received payment and has now canceled my insurance policy I needed an sr-22 on, she also disconnected the call and kept cutting me off several times and wasn’t helpful at ALL! Would not personally recommend this company they lack very BASIC customer service skills.

I had a VERY BAD experience with LESLIE THOMAS. I had used Leslie in the past. She was my go to for car insurance for more then 3 years. I was finally able to purchase a home and reached out to Leslie about homeowners insurance. Leslie had provided me with quoted for a few properties. The house that I ended up buying Leslie told be after several that she was unable to find the coverage the Lender was looking for. I told her thanks for trying and that I was going to call someone else myself. She said ” let me know if you find something” I didn’t call her back but I did get a insurance binder 5 min after I got off the phone with her. It was easy and they already had information about the make of the home in their system that Leslie was asking me for. LONG story short after saying she couldn’t find me anything LESLIE THOMAS WENT AND ISSUED A HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICY THAT I DIDN’T AUTHORIZE. This generated a $401.29 bill that was mailed to my address. As you can imagine I was upset. I just worked hard to repair my credit and this bill was not even a debt that belong to me. When I called NWN LESLIE was somewhat surprised to hear from me. She didn’t like the TONE of my voice and refused to assist me in resolving the matter. I asker for her supervisors number and she provided me with a number that had a full mailbox. When I called back to NWN the phone rang several times and then they would pickup and immediately hang up on me. They hung up on me 7 times. Finally someone in the office picked up the phone and took my call. This lady who’s name I won’t mention here was professional and had great customer service. Upon the situation being totally resolved she will receive her own 5 star review from me. But LESLIE THOMAS is DISHONEST! UNETHICAL! and don’t deserve to handle people private information and use it as FRAUD!!! I’m not sure if she gets commission but why would someone issue a policy after telling you they could not find you anything????

Leslie Thomas knows what she’s doing! I came in and felt welcomed to be doing business with her. She made me feel warm and talked to me to understand all that I needed to know. She made me want to give her six stars for her kind personality, big smile, and helpfulness! Her customer service was excellent!

I have used Northwest Insurance for the past few years now and they are amazing! They’re very helpful, customer service driven and they get you the lowest priced insurance options that fits your needs. Each time I come in, I’m in and out in a timely manner. I’ll continue to go through them for my car insurance needs! The representative Chanel is awesome as well and she was very sweet!

Leslie Thomas was so very helpful in getting me insurance quickly and for the lowest cost I could find. She was so patient in giving me time to get my documents back to her which helped put my mind at ease when I was having trouble accessing a printer.
