When I called the Cleveland office to check the status of my claim, everyone I spoke to told me that only the “adjuster?” could help me but he never answered his phone. I was able to reach him once and even then it was a problem because he didn’t put down that I needed someone to be sent over to pick up my car.
They work with a company called Copart and they are in charge of picking up the cars so that you can receive and temporary rental car. It has been FOUR (4) days now that I have not had a car and I was told today that IF they are free then they will send someone to get it but if not, then MAYBE tomorrow.
Almost everyone sent me in circles between numbers and it was very frustrating. Also, they connected me with people in TEXAS and they related everything to their time. I spoke to a woman who told me, “it’s just been an hour” but it was three (3) hours in Cleveland time. That doesn’t even begin to make sense.
Overall, it’s NOT worth the money you save. I am changing companies after this is all over. Poor service at best.
