I would not recommend using this company! They do not train their team properly so no one knows how to throughly explain any pertinent information. Apparently there was an alleged $16 I owed since September that I was unaware of even though I went in an office to make my monthly payments. To make matters worse, they then stated that now I have to pay an extra $40 more than usual. Their manager could not explain it to me nor a corporate representative of why for 4 months a discount that I was never even aware of was removed yet was still being applied. I was informed by a Streetsboro manager that if I would have called in to pay, it would had been different. Her information was inaccurate as well being that I tried to complete business over the phone but the representative didn’t know how to process payment. I now understand why there is such a high turn over rate and feel sorry for the employees of this poor leadership and company.

They never answer they phone nd I had to pay $100 for a tow because they didn’t answer the phone knowing I got road side assistance smh they need to hire better people

Never have any issues here. Staff is more than helpful, and understanding. Very affordable especially with two cars on my policy.
