Very happy working with them. They suggested I get a renters insurance policy – never knew much about it. I had an issue a year or so ago with a lightning strike fried a bunch of my electronics. They helped me handle the details of getting things documented so it could be processed smoothly so I didn’t make any mistakes. Within 48 hours, I had people out to try to fix my TVs, and a check to cover the replacement of the stuff they couldn’t fix. It took about 2 weeks all in, but was very clear what was going on. Very smooth and easy. I really like Pam and would highly recommend to others.

The very first time I ever visited Wilson family insurance. I went in to the office and Pam Wilson sat Dawn with me and got me the best deal I have ever got on car insurance. So naturally IV come back but this time to the website. Not the same experience. Not very personal and not a great price on insurance. But I did end up getting insurance because I was already at the BMV with my title. . Go into the office don’t get it from the website go into the office get personal service you’ll get a much better deal

My mom had their insurance. Had an on going lawsuit for 6 years. Could not file a claim til after lawsuit had finished. Filed claim as soon as lawsuit finished! Insurance company said predicting problem would not cover it! Then demanded pics of the remodel in order to keep insurance that they refused to cover! Insurance company sent out a letter telling her her policy would be cancelled on April 14,2031! Mom got a different insurance policy from a new company and this Wilson insurance keeps pulling money out of moms account! I called Wednesday to get the money given back to mom and they stated she needed to sign a cancellation paper. Gave the rude lady my email address and the lady never sent it! Called today and a guy answered and rudely told me I gave her an email address with my last name in it (I have no email accounts with my last name in them) and refused to let me get a word in except giving him my email address yet again! When I asked for a corporate number he shut me down read my email back to me and hung up! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!! Horrible customer service and unprofessional, rude lying people work here!!!

They go the extra mile for their customers. If you need to call & ask a question, they are super helpful. I never realized how big a difference having a local insurance agent could make!
