I called Ayala to have my insurance policy reinstated. Calling in, I was mildly frustrated and confused about the situation, and Brenda was the responding agent. As I asked the different questions I had, Brenda kindly AND directly answered ALL of them, with a confidence that provided a level of understanding to me that proves she knows this business and is here to help.

As we kept working towards getting a policy running, Brenda discovered several errors in my personal information. I’m not impressed by this from the previous agents I spoke with and it is because of Brenda that I leave this review. It was how she said, “That’s no problem, let’s just get it changed to how it should be” -and did!- that kept my business. She emailed all pertinent documents that were a breeze to complete and submit (literally, no hassle!), and even followed up with a text reminder when I missed a form!

The company is excellent in terms of coverage, reasonable prices, and ease of access. I highly recommend Ayala Insurance; make sure to ask for Brenda. And for goodness sake, when you call, be decent to her in difficult situations; she is genuinely on the line to help, and deserves a good client on the other end.

Ayala insurance got me a policy with Mendota Insurance the worst insurance ever. My jeep has been sitting in the repair shop since Thanksgiving. We cannot get a hold of the insurance company or the adjuster and neither can the repair company after the adjuster told me to take the car to the repair shop,. I have been fighting this claim for a year already and when I called Ayala insurance they said that they could not help me because they are just the third party. A third-party that I trusted in finding a for me the policy. Calling Ayala insurance worst decision I made.Do call them! You’re better off going somewhere else

They’re all nice and sweet when creating a policy and taking your money but when it comes to a claim we can only file M-F up until 6pm EST they have different answers. I’ve called several times over the month just going over coverage and ensuring “Full Coverage” is what I’m paying monthly for however when I get into a wreck they say oh no you don’t have rental car coverage, noo you don’t have “Full” coverage. This place is a JOKE. The managers won’t even return a call after having you waist time leaving voice mails.
