Mr. John Backer. From the very first email, to our scheduled phone calls, from Mr. Backer listening to what we needed from a cyber security policy, it was done. Not only was it done, but it was done professionally, timely, and with laughs along the way. I’d also like to add there was zero pressure to purchase a policy. Mr. Backer genuinely wanted us to be informed and understand what all of these policies could provide/cover/allow.
