We had HUGE recent increases for no reason (home and auto). So I researched alternatives. In 1 day I found an A rated company that quoted me a FORTY PERCENT lower rate!!
Needless to say, cancelled with Liberty and moved on.
Too bad – they used to be good.
They low balled me on a roof repair. What they approved doesn’t even bring it up to code. Then they just ghosted my roofing contractor,refusing to return phone calls.
I called them every day for weeks before I got a response. I made sure they received everything they wanted. Now they are telling me that it will be another 4-6 weeks to make a decision
The damage happened in March. It is now almost Halloween and my roof still hasn’t been repaired.
They also prorate the roof on the age of it instead of replacement value.
Save yourself some heartache and do not do business with this company.
