Rich gives out his cell phone number to customers so they can reach him easily at the office or in his personal cell. This gives his clients the ability to reach out with questions or concerns after normal business hours. He gives honest feedback on potential clients current plans and what he can offer that is different or better. If he can’t beat your current policy he’ll be honest that your set up well and at a good rate. Nancy always takes a great interest in her clients and wants to make sure things are going well not just with their insurance. Bob always answers the phone right away if he’s in the office. He has several years of experience in personal auto/rev vehicles/home, commercial accounts, demo contracting accounts, and life insurance and it really shows when you work with him. The agency is a family run business and does their best to meet your needs!

Several clerical issues were made on behalf of the business, they failed to cancel my policy when I requested. They will do anything they can to make extra money, not clear on terms, and will lie to you about how you will never find better insurance deals. Very deceptive brokers and I’d advise everyone to just deal directly with the insurance companies rather than let these clowns improperly handle your business.
