WOW rude and unprofessional customer service that I received! They start quoting you low then raise it. It went from from 140 to 600 with no accidents on my record to mention. I spoke to a second person who said he wasn’t going to help me and hung up the call on me before I could ask any questions. Terrible people over there. Don’t waste your time

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ll put you on hold for hours without telling you why or what they’re doing despite speaking with them at length the day before. Then after all that they’ll ask you to call them back later

I called them bc I had gotten my previous insurance (Multi-State) through this agency about a year ago. By the way DO NOT sign up with Multi-State, they are the worst insurance you can possibly get!! Multi-state cancelled my policy so I was forced to get a new one or pay double what I was paying to go back with Multi-State… No thanks! So David at Calle’s Auto Insurance was able to find me a much lower insurance than what I was paying with Multi-state. Went from $190 down to $130. I was very happy and David was even able to work with me on the new down payment for the new insurance. He was very kind and helpful. Truly recommend this place.
