After losing my survivor’s insurance benefits with the State of SC (PEBA) which I had been lucky enough to have after my husband died, I was at a loss to know what to do. I decided to go to Lourie Life and Health. I was immediately put at ease, assigned a wonderful account manager who after getting all my information walked me through ALL of me options. I met Mr. Louie who promised they would find the right insurance for me and my account manager did just that. He made the complicated information understandable, recommended what I needed and walked me through all of the steps needed to acquire exactly the kind of insurance best for me, and helped me with all of the paperwork to acquire the new insurance but also terminate my old insurance. He made everything simple and clear, allowed me to decide what was best for me from the available options,. Everyone was professional, kind, patient and willing to help in every way. I cannot imagine trying to walk through this process without their help and can only thank them and recommend their firm to everyone.
