Abraham was an excellent tow truck driver, very courteous, and incredibly helpful! So thankful to him for helping me get my vehicle and trailer off of the busy highway in downtown Grand Rapids. He provided great customer service and communicated with me on his ETA to the agreed upon towing site as well as helping me navigate communication with AAA customer service. Cannot say enough good things about him!

Booked a tour for 2025 with one of their agents and was told I had “plenty of time to cancel” since the trip was in a year and a half. Said the deposit of $750 was refundable. Until it isn’t. She admitted she gave me bad information and offered nothing to do about it. Had to dispute on my CC and will seek legal action. They should know better.

Super friendly and fast service without the high-pressure you can sometimes get at other insurance agencies.

I recommend getting the “plus” membership, especially if you travel a lot. It costs a bit more, but pays for itself when you use it.
