My wife was pulled over for not having insurance after paying the years policy upfront and assuming all was well. This agency failed to make sure that our insurance was registered with the RMV. She has to go to court because this “sales only” service told us they “don’t handle customer service.” Marcus does not act as an agent on your behalf – just sells you a policy and you then work with that company. We called for hours after her car was towed and he was wildly condescending.
