The longer you stay with them, the higher rate you’ll get. Doesn’t make any sense. We started with paying 600$ about 2 years ago. The most recent quote we received from them is 900$. They have problems with their phone as well. I called a lot of times , from different locations, but they hanged up on me . They pretended they couldn’t hear me. When someone front ended me, it took them forever to review my police report and call me back. Insurance company of another driver towed my car, payed for the rental car, made an inspection and offered me money (my car was totaled). It took them 3 days. KAI called me back after more than week and said they if I want my car to be fixed, I have to pay deductible. That’s pretty much all they cared about. Their full coverage will not cover rental car as well. If you don’t want to be ripped off, stay away.

Horrible company! I attained there services through Oxford auto insurance (another horrible company) and I regret wasting my money on this roadside assistance add-on. When my car didn’t start I called them and was hung up on the first time. Then they claimed that they couldn’t find me in the system even when I gave them all of my insurance info. Needless to say they never showed up and I had a stranger to help me. I pay $162 for insurance every month. This should have never happened. I almost forgot to mention that they called me FIVE HOURS LATER to say that they talked to corporate and can possibly come to help me. I was treated like trash! You probably will too!

I had an auto accident. I called KAI Advantage insurance to work my claim. It took them a few weeks to get back to me and didn’t return my calls. I went to the building no one would see me. I sat with the security guard downstairs never did go upstairs to speak with my claims officer basically let me know this is what’s going on with your car and this is what we are waiting on an estimated date to be completed is this date give or take a week or so. This place isn’t customer friendly they just want your money not your problems even when it’s there job. They also declined to tell me when I got a rental not to use the insurance. It took about estimated 2 and a half months to get the issue fixed.

HORRIBLE!!! After filing a claim I asked Kenyatta Thomas, my adjuster if I had rental insurance. She said yes and gave me the terms. I rented a car and sent in the claim. She turns around and says I did not have coverage on my car and that I should know my policy. Isn’t that why asked in the first place?? Now I’m on the hook for the car rental. Her supervisor, Janet Vogel told me she didn’t believe Kenyatta was rude to me. So now I’m broke and a liar!!! If i could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would!!! Do not use this company…WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Got hit by someone with their insurance, they definitely do not cover rentals even though it is their driver’s fault. I had to go through my insurance pretty much for everything. It took them a whole weekend to get my car towed to Gerber causing me to pay more for my rental. I suggest going through your insurance if its better and have your insurance go after them for reimbursement. Not great at all.
