Same experience with Ryan as the last review. He asked for all my information, made me submit pictures, etc and then never called me back. This happened three times and then he gave me a weird excuse about firing his staff because they “screwed everything up” and he would get back to me. Never called me. This is not a professional agency.

I was looking for an insurance for my Towing business and found Adam’s Eaddy and Associates through another business owner that we knew and came across James. As soon as I talk to James I knew he had our interest at best. He knew exactly what we needed as far as coverage and gave us more than that! It feels good to have coverage and know that we’re taking care of if something goes down. I am very grateful for the help that James gave us. If you ever need anything James is your guy.
