I have never posted a negative review before but now it is time for me to do so. In March 2023 I was told by my agent at Doyle Ogden that upon my divorce in April 2023 that I would receive refunds on insurance from April to sept 2023 and she even gave me the exact amounts to expect. All she did was remove my vehicles and start a new policy for me and the original JOINT policy was never cancelled! She never followed up and now I got stuck paying for my X husbands insurance for 6 months! It is inexcusable to continue a joint policy that was in both of our names when the marriage ceases to exist. Doyle Ogden pretty much said “tough luck” to me because my X husband would not sign a cancellation form … why would he? he got free Insurance for 6 months. I am upset because Doyle Ogden Agents did NOTHING to rectify this situation. Please look elsewhere for your insurance needs!
