I won’t go into details about an precise rude comment that was essentially yelled toward me by Robert, but I simply needed a quote from Robert and he refused to email me the price quoted. He was EXTREMELY rude and made a big deal out of me requesting/asking for the price in writing. I quickly realized that he was irritated because he was assuming that I would take the price and go shop around with other companies for price comparison. Robert, in my opinion, was unequivocally unprofessional, had a demeaning tone, and should learn who the customer is and treat them with respect and courtesy.
