I have my LLC insurance here and every month I have problems. I receive bills that do not match. Every month I have to go to my insurance agent to review the information. I do not recommend having auto-pay because they will charge you for no reason. I make my payroll report every month and when the bill arrives, the reported amount does not appear and it always appears higher amounts.

Good customer service and kind people however I still haven’t received a package I ordered 2 months ago, when I originally ordered the package I was told it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. It never did so I emailed CompSource to ask what was the cause of delay, according to them the company that makes the parts that are made for my package have a shortage. Now while I can’t blame CompSource for not sending me the package since they can’t control a shortage in materials, they keep sending me false ETAs for when my package will arrive. The first time I contacted they said it would take another 2 weeks for my package to arrive. Then 2 weeks past and nothing, so I email them again, and they follow up with the same thing “Material shortage, here is the ETA”. I just wished I was told when my package was on it’s way and wasn’t told these false ETAs. However I do not blame CompSource for the delay of my package, they have very nice people and I understand the delays but am also frustrated by these random ETAs.

I paid over $100,000 in the past 3 years. For insurance never once did I file a claim? I canceled my insurance. And the year before I overpaid them by $9,000. And they don’t want to give me my money back prior to that the first year I have my account. I was late turning in my Payroll two months in a row and for each month, they penalize me $3,000 a total of $6,000 for two months. And at the end of the year when I got my audit. They didn’t refund that money either. Plus the total a $15,000. You can’t be late one day with them. Brazil take every means to keeping every penny they can. Never again will I use them? They’re under a world-class lawsuit as we speak for this very same stuff. There are thousands of people just like me. So you could only imagine the money. The day of property off of ripping people off and taking their money.
