Very helpful from the start. Was looking for a local agency and quotes with multiple companies. I had been with State Farm for years and wanted to see more than one option. Was presented with options, quotes using different deductibles, and cost saving measures. At no point in time did I feel like the agency rep was getting impatient, or like I was being an inconvenience. Found a quote with an A rated company for almost $100 less than I was paying with State Farm a month. Positive experience overall and would recommend this agency to others.

Chuck sold us a policy without explaining it had a one year commitment. He also failed to file a claim on our behalf for a claim that happened in May of 2022. Eventually filed it the middle of September 2022. When the adjustor called he asked while we waited so long to file our claim. We explained we filed it the day it happened and kept getting lip service by our so called agent. Would never recommend this agent for anything and we have been customers for over 20+ years!.
