Very greedy company. 5 years in business, never filed a claim, EMC found an opportunity to try and take thousands of dollars from me and my small business for no good reason! We immediately cancelled and are still dealing with their attorney/debt collector “brennan & clark.” I switched to Erie insurance who welcomed me despite all the reasons EMC used to try and steal money from my business. Erie is a great and reasonable for small businesses. DO NOT USE EMC INSURANCE!

i never leave reviews cause im lazy but this company is the equivalent of diarrhea. the person I spoke with on the phone is a see you next Tuesday kinda gal. id rather swim across the ocean than deal with this company every again. want to have a bad day? Call them 🙂 i think everyone at this company needs therapy! 0/10 don’t recommend. oh and they also like to scam people (probs cause they are broke and failing as a company)

Miserable experience! We have a small local remodeling business. Only contractors we sub work out to and no employees. We have NEVER filed an insurance claim. They audit us and claim we owe them THOUSANDS of dollars!!! We paid our monthly premiums, never filed a claim and then they try to say we owe them thousands more and demanding g we pay it now!? We are a small business just trying to get by. Not a huge corporation! It makes no sense! We dropped them when we started having these issues. They are the example of a GREEDY insurance company! Way to go guys… try to kill the small business owners!

safe yourself and choose a different company! DO NOT USE EMC INSURANCE. they will take advantage of you if you have a new business & try to get as much money from you as they can.

HORRIBLE buisness. If I could do 0 stars I would but that’s not an option unfortunately. they charge way to much for small businesses just to take more money. would not trust this business at all. Don’t waste your time here find a different company that really values you.
