I had initiated communication with an agent with this “service” about a health policy. After giving him some information, Brad Griffin just stopped communicating. He apparently had no interest in servicing my insurance needs. That is a poor way to manage business, in a service industry. I would not recommend anyone starting to try and obtain service from this agency. Very poor agency.

Nick with Crg is a wonderful agent. I contacted him, told him I wanted to switch insurance companies and way. He asked me to send me my policy information and within 24 hours he got back to me with a new company at a better rate. If I have had questions since he is available and I have answers in a day. I cannot believe I stayed with that old company so long. I am glad my brother in law gave me Nick’s number.
