No accidents and no tickets and 6 years of loyal customer advertising for Geico…now they raise my bill by 40 percent. So I hope they realize the math on their part is wrong. Raise rates on the best drivers…they leave your fold…and the left overs will dramatically go up…no matter what they pay you. Not a good business model. I am thankful to USAA for looking out for me and getting my family the best rates…and they have great customer service.

Already had auto insurance through GEICO and simply wanted to add Homeowners. Mr. Pletch was very condescending to me on the phone. Unsure if that’s because I’m a woman or if he treats all customers that way. I wanted to match my current coverage and he had no interest in hearing what I had or felt I needed. Good luck dealing with him.

Every single time I call to speak with a representative I’m on hold for over an hour. When someone finally picks up the phone I get 3 seconds of silence and then they hang up on me. If it’s a phone issue the least they could do is call me back, I dont even get that. And they have made it impossible to cancel my policy through their app. This company is ridiculous! I’m going back to State Farm where their rates are better and they actually care about their customers!

Some lady was wanting our ssn number and other personal info that other insurance companies we called had not asked for, when I questioned her about why she wanted such personal info she hung up on me
My advice is to avoid this office
