So I call my local State Farm Agent to add 3 more cars to my policy. I talk with two gentlemen in the office. Who I will spare their identity. The first guy said I’ll have everything we discuss in email in 5 mins. Well that didn’t happen two days later. I call back the other guys said I see everything in the computer system but I’m not sure why you can’t get your insurance cards, But call us back tomorrow and I’ll see what we can do.

I’m so lost for words. why are you guys in the office if you can’t be of service to your customers?

I have 9 vehicles on this policy, So I call back today just to cancel and search for a different insurance company, but what a breath of fresh air. Destiny A.
