Not once have I had any problems nor issues with my agent at Allstate Insurance. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. Our house and Van is covered and my wife is happy. Happy wife, happy home.

I’d give these crooks a zero if possible. Watch your policy. These crooks added a 16 year old driver to my policy without my permission. When I called regarding the issue I was told a letter was sent that stated they would automatically add this individual if they didn’t hear from me. No calls, no texts they claim they emailed but I have zero evidence of said email. First of all I’m a working mom of 3 kids. If I want a change to my policy it’s my responsibility as an adult to call and do so. I shouldn’t have to worry about some random person being added. So instead of these crooks doing the right thing and refunding me for the 6 months I paid for a 16 year old driver on my policy around $200 additional per month this so called agent that claims “you are in good hands” would only grant a 30 day refund and pocketed the extra income.
3/14/23 Update – I am changing my review to reflect 4 stars. I received a phone call today stating after more research on their part I will be receiving a full refund! I appreciate the individual who dug into this for me!! Much appreciated!

In 2023 I had to drop Allstate after they 3x my rates. My wife and I were in a hit and run back in 2019 and they did not pay for my recovery care. I had coverage for this hit and run, but that didn’t matter. I am a good driver with no tickets or accidents plus always paid my bills. Just sad this is customer service these days. You might experience 1 or 2 good people, but in the long run they will raise your rates and not payout for things YOU ARE covered for.

Huge shout out to Brady as he is one of the most knowledgeable agents I have worked with in my decades of having insurance. Overall this agency team was very patient and helpful during my time with them. In particular, there was an issue with my auto policy cancellation date when I decided to switch, but Perla patiently traded calls with me and other teams at Allstate to make sure the issue was resolved. Very thankful for her and the team!
