This insurance agency is the best insurance agency I have ever had and I have switched a lot of times over the years throughout- Arizona Colorado Kansas and Missouri. He’s always on the lookout for my best interests! including keeping everything affordable and keeping an eye out for when I need to change things. such as knowing that I bought a newer car and getting me the exact coverage I needed before I was even done picking it up. He’s always just at my fingertips over my phone, text messages, or Facebook. his office is easy to reach and even has a line to text in pictures of documents from your mobile phone.

Was with Scott for about a year. After 4 or 5 screw ups on Scott’s end and his attitude I switched agents. The district office notified Scott of the change and he jumped right in to screw up anything he could on my policy. A month later and things still are not fixed and the District office has told me twice they’d fix it and call me back but still nothing. WARNING don’t trust him! And he doesn’t add in half the discounts and then gets pissy if you ask for them.
