Buyer beware! When you deal with them they seem so helpful and kind. The truth is they don’t listen to their customers. They choose what they put in place on your policies, you don’t choose. If you’ve done business with them I recommend looking over every detail of the paperwork, double check your agents work. I used an agent because I’ve trusted that they’ve listened to my requests and are the insurance experts, I didn’t think to look over every detail of the policies I purchased and ended up not having the coverage I thought I had (and now need). After spending hours on the phone and trying to work things out, I was just told too bad. I highly recommend using another agency!
