I had to come on here and make sure people were aware of the treatment I received from Juli Howk. 1st off, I lost my mother in November and this was her insurance. Mom’s insurance was canceled and I was asking for a refund, she never once said anything nice. Never sorry for your loss, my condolences, etc. I told her I had been dealing with Micheal Dorsey and he had not been returning my calls. Her response, “We don’t have anyone here by that name, in any case, your policy has been canceled”. Well, then I receive another email from a nice gentleman that did offer his condolences, Chris Black and he found my information and directed me to Micheal Dorsey!! It only took a few minutes of his time to help me and he did! Now if I can only get help from Micheal Dorsey because mom had water damage to her home back in 2021. I would love to get this matter resolved as well. “In any case, I would not recommend this place for insurance”

My Costlow agent reviews my policies with me and works to get the lowest cost, every time without fail. Recently insurance went up a good amount across the board. My Agent worked to find the best deal, I’m grateful for his effort. I can call him or text him with any questions, ask for advice, he always responds with valued information. I’ve been with Costlow for years. I just don’t think I can get the service from the more well known companies that i can from Costlow. Thank you again to Lance Lankford

He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and expedient in getting the coverage in place and we had the POI and documents within minutes via email. Chris made everything so easy!!
