Bad experience with the Flex card and HRA. Called them from the Doctors office and was given the wrong information so I put $500 on a credit card that I will not be reimbursed

If I can give a negative star I would. This company can not get their act together. First they claim no coverage to my dr but when I call I’m covered. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE FOR INSURANCE. YOU CAN PAY PRIVATE PAY CHEAPER THAN THESE CLOWNS. Been dealing with same issue since October and I’ve had insurance since August. They refuse to cover anything until you call and complain then it starts all over again with the bull.

Horrible!! They Never seem to have time to talk to a hospital. They tell them they can’t talk right now. Getting insurance verified is a horrofic process with the hospital, not because of the hospital….
I call with questions they can’t answer. Ridiculous processes and procedures. They sent me an EOB then mailed a letter asking for a copy of my EOB. . .from the same company. When I called they said it’s not my department. No one is kind or helpful. Can’t wait to get our from under this company.
