We have had our auto and home policies with a large well known insurance company for several years without any claims but, every renewal period our premiums continued to climb. When I inquired if there was anything we could do to save some money the response was that all insurance companies were experiencing rate hikes across the board. That is when I saw a post on FB referring Monica and I reached out to see if she could look at our existing coverage and add an additional policy for our business. She was amazing! After answering some questions, filling out some forms and sending our current coverage policies to her she was able to quote us better coverage at a significant savings. What we liked best is her personal service. We no longer feel like just a number, now Monica is our Portfolio Manager and can help us stay up to date on any changes or revisions we need going forward. Customer service is really what sets her apart and we highly recommend giving her a call!
