Penny helped us plan our honeymoon, and she was amazing! Everything was communicated, and she made the whole process so easy. During our trip, we missed a connecting flight due to a delay. We called her, and she helped us out right away. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Honestly the WORST International Travel Rep. There is only one International rep that works only three days a week at this location and DOES NOT follow through with ANYTHING. When she does, she does NOT do a good job. We did better on our own booking things (and btw SAVING money from what she quoted). I NEVER leave reviews for anything, but my entire two month ordeal with this person made me cringe and NOT have faith in AAA Mishawaka, IN. Do NOT use AAA in MIshawaka, IN if you want to plan an International trip!

John came out today to look at our washer and knew immediately what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable and told us about how much the part would cost to fix. He also gave us a recommendation for a place to buy new washer, and a make/model that be felt would last us much longer going forward if we wanted to go that route. We bought our new washer today and will have it by Monday! Very happy with our experience!
