My first experience with the claim in my motorhome was not very good. So I went back and got with Talia. Oh, what different experience. She paid very close attention to my questions and was beyond helpful. She got right on her computer and took care of everything while I sat there and did it in minutes. She called me and updated me as regularly and took care of it all. I’ve been with State Farm for 45 year’s total and I will say Talia saved a customer hands down.
