Last week I spoke with a member there named Johnathon who ran me a quote and kept my information on file for me for about a week until i called back with the money ready and the process was very quick and efficient ! When I called back about a hour ago the representative on the phone, Natasha, explained Johnathon wasn’t in today but she could help me take a look into things. She had my account information pulled up with 2-3 minutes, found the exact quote Johnathon quoted me in under 10 minutes, and had the rest of the process done within 15 minutes and now I have the insurance I’ve been needing ! Big thank you to both Johnathon and Natasha for their patience and speed at which they were able to service me.

I spoke with a woman named Synthya. She was kind and helped me go through the process of getting non-owners insurance. The rates were better than what progressive offered. She explained what would happen and how my rates could change depending on what I did. Really recommend if you’re just trying to get your license without a car.
