Ok so I went down the rabbit hole of getting so many calls after using one of those triage sites to find me the best quote on car insurance, which by the way is outrageous. After speaking to James, he was courteous and not pushy and explained everything to me for my particular situation. He’s personable and tells you like it is. He helped me save a little over $100 for insuring my car and added renter’s insurance as a bundle which still came in $100 cheaper than where I was just with car insurance. It’s nice to have people who still care about people and are willing to “show” it and not just talk! Well done Craig Ritchie for seeing the potential in this young man.

I worked with James Yang to change my insurance coverages on my home, autos, camper and umbrella policy. He was always very professional and I felt very honest in his work ethics, he was easy to work with and was very pleasant (we even have the same joy in the Georgia Bulldogs Football). James got back to me when he said he would and was very helpful in helping me feel comfortable changing my current policies. It was great working with James Yang at State Farm. He was so polite and was able to answer every question I had.
