STAY AWAY FROM ERIC SEISS OFFICE!! CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE WITH STATE FARM CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY FILED REPORTS UNDER MY DRIVING RECORD WHILE UNDER MY PARENTS! NOW MY RECORD IS REPORTING WRONG ACCIDENTS ON MY NAME! AVOID THEM THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS AND THEY FAIL TO TRANSFER YOUR POLICIES TO OTHER STATE FARM AGENTS! AVOID THEM!

Just so you all know they are still lying with their reply, the agent immediately started arguing with me stating that I should have left a voicemail. Which is absurd. Other agents of State Farm answer without the need of a Voicemail. State Farm and the other Agents have tried to get in contact with them and yet they failed to answer. This is all on State Farm records so do NOT believe a word of their reply. Avoid this Agent at all costs I will be editing this reply moving forward, just so it’s clear State Farm customer service main line has stated that these Agents would be at fault for the error on my Driving Record!

I have had issues with this branch for several months before posting this. They’re quick to take your money and offer coverage, but when something happens and it’s in your favor, there is no urgency to help you and no communication. The other insurance is reaching out to me because my insurance has dropped the ball multiple times. I cannot speak for state farm as a whole, but Lori is and this branch are lazy and not customer service driven. I am not angry, I’m just very disappointed.
