Miss Sandy, one of the agents at April Byard Allstate, deserves the highest compliments. My parents recently found themselves in the same situation as too many homeowners in Louisiana: skyrocketing insurance costs, policies cancelled, policies with companies we’ve never heard of in other states, or having to settle for Louisiana’s “insurer of last resort.” After my own insurance agent from a different company was unable to write new policies in this part of Iberia Parish, I called All State. Miss Sandy worked with me on my parent’s needs on a short time frame, coordinated everything with previous insurers and other parties. Most of all, she came to the table with knowledge and professionalism that allowed her to see a big picture and think creatively about how to secure coverage and what coverages were most needed. She was able to provide greater coverage more appropriate for the situation, at a lesser cost, with a reputable company, and with the benefit of a local presence in Acadiana. Thank you, Ms. Sandy, for taking such good care of my parents and explaining things to my mother so well.
