There are times as you get older and reflect on the recent past, you sometimes wonder if you could have done something better. Do something now and not look back on almost two (2) years and say, why is my family still homeless? State Farm is notably one of the worst experiences of my life. From 7 adjusters, to weeks of being ghosted, months of playing the oh I can’t open the documents, to down right disrespect and demeaning. Do yourself a favor and look into the mass fire and hire shady practices, the lawsuits currently against Statefarm, delaying and sending money to wrong accounts and 3yr old addresses, not following industry standard business policies, and look into these reviews. Don’t just take my experience as solitary or acts of a keyboard warrior. Please, for the security of your beloved ones, the property reimbursement, and the shear stress and hopelessness they will create in an already down part of your life isn’t worth it. Please, please find another company. 0 stars because they are well aware, admitted to, and apologized for how bad they have screwed up, and yet I’m still just 1 of 40 other poor sucker’s he “has to make time for” ……20 months later

Can’t believe that after 50 years of loyalty to State Farm and my parents rarely needing anything, my mom is still waiting after almost 3 months for you to cover her very wind damaged roof. Back and forth, dragging your feet, never calling her back when you say you will. It’s a claim less than $10,000 but more than a retired widow should have to figure out, especially since for over 50 years she remained loyal to you. SHAME ON STATE FARM.
