These guys are ok at best. I was transferred to them when my former agent went belly up. I didn’t shop for or vet them. They inherited me. Their prices have gone up dramatically since I have been with them. And I get the feeling they don’t really care about me. I called one time and they guy seemed annoyed I was calling and didn’t help resolve my issue. They sent me an email asking for a review. Here you go.

Nobody ever seems to answer the phone, been calling for ten days now trying to add a vehicle to my policy. Ended up having to use the generic Allstate phone system, kind of defeats the purpose of having a local agent.

The last interaction I had somebody changed my garaged show car’s mileage to 12,000 miles a year from 2,000 without asking me. I already have several other vehicles so I don’t know how they figure I’m driving 4 of them 12,000 miles a year.

I miss my old Allstate agency dearly after a year with Peterson.
