I am very disappointed in the outcome of my call with Brian Bruce. My credit card was FRAUDULENTLY charged by Farm Bureau. I did have insurance with Farm Bureau and George Bradley before Brian took over. I was unable to communicate with Brian and went with a different insurance company. When I called regarding the fraudulent credit card charges from Farm Bureau, Brian was arrogant. He called me a liar and told me to call billing if I have an issue. My credit card was charged and I don’t even have a policy. Once again, not able to communicate well with Brian. My credit card company has refunded some of the charges. I will discuss the rest with billing. Hopefully, unlike Brian, they are nice with morals and a work ethic. The reason I gave Brian 2 stars instead of 1 or 0 as he deserves is some people will not read the 1 star reviews. And, I was curt in my initial voice mail due to being upset that my credit card company was unable to refund all the Farm Bureau fraudulent charges. Once on the phone, I was just wanting to solve the issue. But, for whatever reason, he didn’t want to hear any of it and decided to be rude instead of solving problems.

I needed to get a handle on my insurance as my premiums kept going up. I called Brian, and he was very patient, answering all my questions (it was a lot, lol). He had a quote for me within about an hour and saved me $200 a month for better coverage! Can’t beat that!! Brian handled all the paperwork, canceled my other policy – really made the process easy and stress free! ☺️ Would definitely recommend!!

He explained discounts that were available to us, as well as how to maximize our savings through various payment options. He was responsive with document creation and even offered to help us work through our loan officer and existing broker to make everything a seamless transition. One less headache to worry about during an interstate move with a trusted advisor in our corner. Highly recommend!
