Cris Brock: Allstate Insurance Customer Reviews:
My issues come with the Safe Driving App.
At first it was just that the app would occasional log a hard break when I hadn’t stopped at all, or even slowed. Annoying, but again, not horrible.
I mostly stopped paying Attention to the pp until I got a notification telling me I hadn’t logged a trip in weeks. I was weird because my GPS is always on when I leave the house. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and then it told me I had no trips logged at all.
I gave up and went about my business, figuring it was running now, so I’d just let it go. Awhile later I go into my app because I had gone on a trip with a coworker was turning out to be a horrible driver and I wanted to specify I wasn’t the one driving. At that point I see I have had an incident logged. Several in fact.
Turned out I was getting dinged even though I was using my Bluetooth.
I cant even ask google to turn on directions while at a stoplight without getting dinged.
This is not what I signed up for.
