After less than ideal or impersonal experiences elsewhere, we did a lot of research and read reviews before landing on Farm Bureau. We have been with them for years now, and they gradually earned the right to hold all of our policies. Karen Carter is amazing! She’s competent and gets things done quickly; she’s also hilarious and fun to work with! She takes her work seriously so that you can just relax. Karen is constantly going through our policies and offering new ways to save us money even when we’ve not asked her to! She gets what real life is like. Once when we accidentally missed a deadline, she not only caught it immediately but went above and beyond to sort things out favorably for us. We were embarrassed, I’m sure it was a ton of extra work for her, but we never once felt judged. She was just excited she was in a position to help us in all the ways she could. She then set up a reminder to herself to reach out to us personally about that deadline in the future. You will never find another agent who is more “on your team” than Karen Carter has been for us! Farm Bureau takes care of their people, and we plan to be customers for life! You can trust Karen with every policy you have and come out ahead!
