This office or most office’s, Never pick up phone to even say “can you hold or would you like for me or another agent to call you back” what happened to those tactics to retain the little customers Fred Loya has! Definitely loosing my business and earned my time for this review. That’s how Frustrating it is when you get charged $210 w a $2,000 deductible and yet they Can’t pick up a dam phone?
