There’s a guy called Will that works there he’s the best insurance agent that there is because he explains everything by detail and actually at this office. They actually took me in right away they they they sent me down. They explained everything to me. They’re really good at this office and another thing. Is that a week later after I went paperwork with them they actually called and checked in and make sure everything was good.

Willy was here alone and was a great help, got me situated with the cheapest sr22 insurance and he was extremely knowledgeable. I can see that he needs help because a lady came in and left because it was just him working and he was helping me. Overall I am really satisfied by the customer service here and will continue to come here for insurance

I barely turned 18 this year, I’ve never had to apply for insurance so I didn’t know where to start or what I needed to be able to obtain my license, since I needed an SR-22 and had no what that was. I always heard Vern Fonk advertising on radios and it sounded too good to be true. Well, it’s not! The entire process of getting insured was so easy, I just had to answer questions about myself and my car. I’d really like to thank Damian Lezama, he was super helpful and helped me get my insurance, even though his branch is in Oregon and I’m in Washington. He helped me understand all the fees I’ll initially need to get started and helped me to find the best monthly price possible. He found a price at $164 and still tried to find an even lower policy for even though, considering my age and record, that is an AMAZING price per month. If anyone is able to request an agent to talk to, I would 1000% recommend Damian, especially if you’re like me and don’t have anyone to help you get insurance or don’t even know where to start! I’m glad he’s a branch manager, they definitely know how to let their good employees be able to excel within their company!

Worst experience I have ever had. I have spent 4 days trying to reach a competent employee that could assist me with updating the information on my renter’s policy. All they do is transfer me around with no solution. No one seems to have any knowledge on how to make such a simple change. 4 days and about 20 employees that have been poorly trained, could care less of their job, and most importantly give no importance to their costumers. Pretty pathetic experience. We are looking forward to cutting ties with them asap and never go through an agent again. We have nothing good to say about Vern Fonk.

I have called multiple insurance company’s, dealt with a lot of different rep’s. Just like anyone else I was trying to find good insurance for a great price with a couple traffic violations I had. I finally found the right place. I spoke with Anthony from Vern Fonk and not only has he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied everytime I call, but helped explain to me everything I needed to know about my policy. One of the nicest guys to work with, fast, and efficient.
