Please forward to her if you seen this post.She is so nice to help me get step by step went over the sign up process in the phone!for almost 30 minutes.there is one mistake,been start over again) here is the prove (said KP tax but actually they just for medical side won’t help on tax)

Horrible place completely unprofessional. Had an appt with Aubrey at 1 pm who decided to go to lunch during my appt time. The office person called her twice to see when she would be back while I waited for 20 minutes. She did not even have the professional courtesy to apologize for not being there. She said she would get there when she could and offered no time as when she would be back. The agent Audrey was completely rude and disrespectful of my time.
