After a recommendation from a friend, we gave Charlie a call. We found him to be so responsive to every question and was quick to give us upfront quotes and options for both our home and car insurance. He was even responding while on vacation. (I told him that was above and beyond and to just enjoy his vacation! It could wait.) He made the process very easy, this was our first time using Farmer’s Insurance and we are pleased so far with the rates and the service we have received. After 35 years as a Farmers customer they wouldn’t compensate me for a $12 NSF charge that they caused by cancelling the check before it cleared. I guess loyalty doesn’t count for much anymore. I shopped around and found that I could get the same coverage (car, home, umbrella) for almost $2,000 less from an Allstate agent.
