I called at 5:40pm today. Was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. Called back a woman named Candice answer at 555pm. I told her what I was looking for, and she said sure just one second. She put me on hold for 6 minutes. I left a message on the recording and called back and got the, “Normal business hours are” message. They just lost a possible customer.

This company has poor customer service!! My insurance cancelled a few days before my paid date. I reached out to them multiple times to pay my bill, but they left me on hold each time for about 30 mins or more. When I called them back and asked what the hold up was, they apologize and put me back on hold. Why is it so hard to get some DAMN insurance with these people????!!!!!

I have tried to call and make a payment for over a week and have been on hold times for as long as an hour before hanging up. I also notice my home insurance policy is written wrong and it has now lapsed Bc I can’t get anyone in the phone. Will be looking for a new company

Waited 2 1/2 hours to signs some papers since id already spoke with someone on the phone and they were suppose to have everything ready. Are they hiring ???? Since only one lady was working while others were walking around in the back it looks like they need help!!!!!
